Shipping / Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Bling’d by Brooke is not responsible for items not delivered if we do not receive an accurate shipping address. Addresses cannot be changed once your order has been placed due to our strict shipping schedule. 

We do not allow cancellations or altered orders once your order has been placed. You will need to submit a separate order for any items left out.

All items ship within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and when we run sales). Please expect shipping delays when we run sales due to high order volumes! 

You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been shipped! If you do not receive a confirmation email once you’ve placed your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@blingdbybrooke.com for your confirmation. 

Once orders have been shipped, Bling’d by Brooke is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.. as well as any shipping delays by the carrier.

Bling'd by Brooke provides custom products which prevents us from accepting returns or refunds at this time. All sales are FINAL. Please make sure to read descriptions and processing time before checking out. Once your order is placed, you have agreed that your purchase is FINAL.
